About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Assistant to join our team at Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales process by providing system demonstrations and product guidance to customers.
  • Conduct customer onboarding and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
  • Collect and respond to customer suggestions and demands.
  • Collaborate with the development team to monitor new features and system updates.
  • Analyze and manage problems reported by clients in various applications.
  • Perform behavioral and root cause analyses, and validate and resolve bugs.
  • Analyze data performance and consistency, and improve the user experience (UX).
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes and report to the team.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations, and contribute to the development of projects and processes to improve internal areas.
Requirements
  • Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experience in a multinational firm is a must.
  • Experience in the solar area is highly desirable.
  • Complete graduation in a business-related field.
