About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth & Operations Specialist, Brazil to join our Market Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, identifying and addressing on-the-ground issues across markets, and collaborating with Market Operations and Logistics teams, as well as Worldcoin partners and Operators in LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Onboarding Operators: Identify and engage with potential Operators, ensuring they meet our standards and are equipped to effectively promote Worldcoin in their respective markets.
  • Operator Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Operators, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance targets and adhering to our operational standards.
  • Market Expansion and Optimization: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and develop strategies to optimize our operations and improve our market presence.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to equip Operators with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively promote Worldcoin and drive growth in their markets.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance our operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact for Operators and external partners, providing timely and professional communication and support to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
About You:
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in high-performance environments.
  • Cross-Cultural Competency: Strong ability to communicate and do business across different cultures and countries, with experience working in cross-cultural environments.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and nurture high-performing relationships with Operators and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and contribute to larger strategy conversations.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Portuguese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
