Hardware Support SpecialistWe are seeking a Hardware Support Specialist to provide technical hardware support to clients, ensuring that their devices are running smoothly and efficiently.Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical hardware support for clients on a range of devices, including Apple Products and Windows Products.
  • Update MAC OS and Windows (Boot Camp + Parallels) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Triage assets, diagnose issues, and recommend repairs as needed.
  • Manage deadlines and ETA's for repairs, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Compile repair data and provide performance reporting to management.
  • Keep the customer portal up-to-date with asset status information.
  • Be willing to travel to client sites within the region to undertake urgent requests.
Requirements:
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Good understanding of logistics.
  • Ability to work under Service Now ticket management system.
  • Aptitude for acquiring skills in technical repairs and eagerness to learn about all products and devices.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to make decisions quickly.
  • Natural interaction with customers and proactive attitude to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Motivated, self-starter with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet customer needs.
