Main Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the company's compliance framework to align with business strategy, regulatory obligations, and corporate values.
  • Represent the company before the Central Bank and other regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain a strong compliance culture across the business and ensure robust risk mitigation strategies.
Key Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian regulations related to financial services, AML, and risk management.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
