Store Leadership Opportunity

This role requires a dedicated professional to lead and support all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrate exceptional service culture, and take responsibility for human resource management while driving associate development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Performance:
      Work collaboratively with the Store Director to drive sales performance, ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitability;
      Demonstrate leadership skills by engaging with top clients, providing high-level customer service;
      Manage stock levels through direct communication with key departments to maximize full-price selling and maintain high sell-through rates.
  • Client Relationships:
      Lead the team in establishing strong client relationships;
      Promote brand awareness, establish market/store presence, and capture competitive market share through networking and company-sponsored events;
      Ensure superior customer service and after-sales experience to increase and retain customer loyalty;
      Implement CRM initiatives by providing action plans to the team.
  • Operations Excellence:
      Partner with the Store Director to review monthly store performance and report current business trends covering all aspects of the business;
      Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures;
      Comply with quarterly self-audits, cycle counts, incident reporting, and monthly inventory reconciliations to ensure annual inventory shrinkage is below target.
  • Talent Development:
      Support the Store Director with coaching sessions to review associate performance and provide timely feedback;
      Assist with annual reviews and set employee goals;
      Partner to identify low performers, create action plans, and build succession plans for high talent associates.
