We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale distributed systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, cloud operations, and customer support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance customer experience.
- Bridge the gap between business applications, cloud operations, and customer support by finding innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and other stakeholders on Engineering projects.
- Enhance provisioning, automation, configuration, integration, deployment, and release processes to streamline operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in *NIX system administration, Java, Linux/Unix, Ruby, Perl, and Python.
- Experience with Configuration Management tools like Chef or Puppet.
- System Monitoring and Logging Solutions expertise is essential.
- Financial Services experience, especially in the mortgage industry, is highly preferred.
- Exceptional customer relationship skills and vendor management experience are crucial.
Your qualifications should include:
- A strong understanding of infrastructure as code and DevOps practices.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
