Urban Design Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful urban design initiatives. As an Urban Design Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our operational and technical teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement urban design strategies
- Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain databases related to project development
- Ensure effective knowledge sharing and management within the team
Required Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Architecture and Urbanism or additional four years of relevant experience
- A minimum of six years of progressively responsible experience in basic urbanistic or social housing projects in Brazil is required
- Experience in using CAD software is desirable
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
