Transform Your Career with a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager Role
">Job DescriptionThis role presents an exciting opportunity to serve as a champion for our customers, working closely with a portfolio of commercial clients to help them leverage APIs and microservices to drive business initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Coach customers throughout their lifecycle while collaborating with the CX teams to ensure customer outcomes
- Define what 'good' looks like in terms of adoption plans, post-sales engagement, and recommended solutions
- Work with Sales and Product teams to ensure customers get the most out of the solution
- Innovate tooling and processes to make you and your team more efficient
- Engage with cutting-edge customer projects and learn our products and technologies
- Collaborate with peers, business partners, and groups to represent yourself, your team, and Kong
- A builder's mentality, seeking solutions to complex problems that benefit customers and Kong
- Manage a portfolio of commercial customers and identify patterns through automated approaches
- Passion and determination about technology and customers
- Strong organizational skills to drive effective customer outcomes
- A good understanding of complex technology environments
- Excellent self-awareness and communication skills (Portuguese and English required, Spanish preferred)
- Prior experience in similar roles within SaaS, Open Source, and/or Infrastructure software companies
- Familiarity with Cloud Native and its technologies (Containerization, Kubernetes, Microservices), APIM, DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing IaaS
