
Customer Relationship Developer

The primary responsibility of this role is to cultivate and maintain customer relationships by providing exceptional service, identifying needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Candidates will be responsible for processing transactions accurately, balancing cash drawers, and ensuring the security of working environments.
They must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and convey Trustmark's products.
Achieving sales and referral goals while delivering outstanding customer experiences will be key to success in this position.
- Job Responsibilities:
Identify customer needs and match them with suitable bank products and services
Process a variety of cash and non-cash transactions
Deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with Trustmark's service standards
Continuously safeguard bank assets and maintain a secure working environment
Balance cash drawers daily
Meet sales and referral goals quarterly
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience:
One year of sales or customer service experience (Bachelor's degree can substitute for experience)
- Key Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to learn and communicate Trustmark products
Basic math concepts and transaction handling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
