The Customer Relationship Expert role focuses on building strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide personalized solutions. This involves matching customers with suitable bank products and services to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and financial well-being.
This position utilizes proactive sales/service efforts combined with referral opportunities to deepen customer relationships while also processing various cash and non-cash transactions.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify customer needs through active listening and make targeted referrals.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed service standards.
- Servicing, selling, and cross-selling deposit accounts, loan products, insurance products, cash management services, etc.
- Balancing cash drawers daily for both cash totals and ensuring accurate documentation execution.
- Achieving quarterly sales and referral targets while providing top-notch customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of sales or customer service experience (in lieu of experience, a bachelor's degree is acceptable).
- Strong math skills and ability to handle routine transactions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal technology systems.
- Time management and organizational skills.
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and use a computer keyboard and mouse. Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds in order to process boxed or bagged coins.
