Job Title: LLM Model Optimizer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced engineer to build and optimize large language models for search applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient model architectures for text search across vast datasets, including pre-processing and indexing strategies.
  • Collaborate on semantic chunking techniques, improving automated evaluation pipelines, and fine-tuning models for specific use cases.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML engineering.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, and expertise in building scalable systems.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing and information retrieval concepts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and containerization technologies.
  • Knowledge of search technology frameworks and tools.

Work Hours: 10AM - 6PM BRT. Paid monthly without overtime.
