Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of compliance programs for Brazil and other markets under local license.
  • Maintain effective relationships with local regulators by preparing regulatory submissions and inspections.
  • Coordinate the implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and controls in line with local regulations and global compliance frameworks.
Business Advisory & Operational Support:
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to provide compliance input on new initiatives and product changes.
  • Review marketing materials, product launches, and customer journeys for compliance with applicable regulations.

Our Compliance Manager will engage with regulators, implement compliance policies, and ensure day-to-day operations reflect strong compliance practices.

Key Competencies:
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance within financial services, payments, or fintech sectors.
  • Working knowledge of Brazil's regulatory environment, including relationships with local regulatory bodies.
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements in a practical manner.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or financial crime roles.
