We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality professional to join our team in São José dos Campos, Brazil. As a key member of the LatAm Franchise Quality organization, you will be responsible for operating with end-to-end ownership to support and contribute to new product introduction, product lifecycle strategies, and project implementation through enhanced connections with multidisciplinary teams such as Supply Chain, Commercial, and R&D to deliver and implement regulatory and statutory compliance building trustworthy, effective, and safe innovation from product early stage to lifecycle management.

You will create and promote projects or programs that make valuable contributions to the end-to-end business. This role requires a deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and quality processes, as well as excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • \
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related science is required.\
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a regulated industry (GMPs and quality for cosmetics) is required.\
  • Knowledge in Medical Devices and/or drugs is a differential.\
  • Advanced English is required, Spanish is desired.\
  • Knowledge on regulatory requirements across LatAm region such as ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA, ANMAT is a key skill.\
  • Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.\
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) is required.\
