Career Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team as a Senior Customer Service Agent. As a key point of contact for OEM vehicle owners, you will address and resolve issues related to their vehicles, ensuring prompt and effective resolution while maintaining high standards of service.
About the Role
The primary responsibilities include:
- Handle Driver Requests: manage driver inquiries through multiple channels, ensuring identification and understanding of the issue.
- Transversal Communication: act as the primary liaison between OEM, OEM departments, and dealerships.
- Complex Case Management: Handle escalated and intricate cases requiring deep understanding of the issue.
- Collaborative Resolution: work closely with internal and external teams to resolve cases.
- Continuous Case Monitoring: track progress of complex cases from initiation to closure.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A strong interpersonal skill set with persuasive and negotiation-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate across various departments and levels.
- Ability to assess complex cases thoroughly and make informed decisions.
- Multitasking: manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: understand all aspects of complex cases.
- Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, conflict resolution skills, adaptability, resilience, discipline, pragmatism, and punctuality.
What We Offer
In return for your exceptional skills and experience, we provide a comprehensive compensation package including a competitive estimated salary range of $60,000-$80,000 annually, depending on qualifications and location, plus benefits such as full-time indefinite contract, 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday schedule, great team environment, global vision of the automotive sector, shopping portal exclusive for MSX employees (MSX Bazaar), 23 days of vacations + 3 extra days, and internal training plan.
About You
We look for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, proficiency in MS Office365 applications, and a basic knowledge of the automotive industry.
