Nossa empresa procura por um profissional motivado e organizado para atuar como Vendedor Interno. A pessoa ideal deve ter boa comunicação, experiência em Inside Sales e metas de vendas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atrair leads Inbound interessados no plano de saúde;
  • Qualificar os leads e conduzir a negociação para fechamento;
  • Entender possíveis pontos de atrito na jornada de aquisição, capturar insights de vendas (processo, materiais de comunicação);
  • Fazer prospecção Ativa de novos clientes e parceiros.

Habilidades e Conhecimentos Requeridos:

  • Boa comunicação;
  • Experiência como Inside Sales;
  • Metas e paixão por vendas;
  • Microsoft Office: conhecimento nível básico;
  • Capacidade de praticar escuta ativa e discurso de persuasão;
  • Experiência em contato com redes de parcerias, agentes credenciados será considerado diferencial.
