Nossa empresa procura por um profissional motivado e organizado para atuar como Vendedor Interno. A pessoa ideal deve ter boa comunicação, experiência em Inside Sales e metas de vendas.
Responsabilidades:
- Atrair leads Inbound interessados no plano de saúde;
- Qualificar os leads e conduzir a negociação para fechamento;
- Entender possíveis pontos de atrito na jornada de aquisição, capturar insights de vendas (processo, materiais de comunicação);
- Fazer prospecção Ativa de novos clientes e parceiros.
Habilidades e Conhecimentos Requeridos:
- Boa comunicação;
- Experiência como Inside Sales;
- Metas e paixão por vendas;
- Microsoft Office: conhecimento nível básico;
- Capacidade de praticar escuta ativa e discurso de persuasão;
- Experiência em contato com redes de parcerias, agentes credenciados será considerado diferencial.
