Product Selection Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers receive their orders on time and in good condition.
Responsibilities:- Pick and gather product from storage racks using order sheets or audio headsets.
- Stack cases on pallets for wrapping and loading at the bay doors.
- Ensure accuracy of orders while adhering to safety standards.
- Operate double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases of products from storage rack and place on pallet.
- Apply selection labels to appropriate cases as needed.
- Utilize proper wrapping techniques to ensure safety of product and prevent damage.
- Inform supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or description.
- Perform equipment inspections and completion of appropriate form.
- General Equivalency Diploma - General Studies or High School Diploma - General Studies.
- Ability to work a 10-hour shift, 4 nights/week, with overtime and extra days as needed.
- Must be able to stand, bend, pull, lift, and pivot up to 90% of shift.
- Walk between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces.
- Frequently lift product weighing between 1-60 lbs or more.
Our warehouse environment is about 50°-90°F and includes a grocery warehouse (dry goods).
Candidates must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well in fast-paced environment.
