Senior Ophthalmic Product Representative

We're seeking an accomplished Ophthalmology Medical Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will develop and manage relationships with retina specialists to drive revenue growth and achieve product objectives. They'll provide technical and clinical product expertise, leveraging marketing and operations resources to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize experience in biologics and buy-and-bill products to contribute to revenue growth.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of high sales performance.
- Leverage knowledge of reimbursement programs, government programs, managed care, formulary, and contract negotiation to drive business results.
- Bachelor's degree in science or business (master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in specialty sales within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry.
- Preferred qualifications include buy-and-bill experience and ophthalmology with relevant retina experience.
Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
This role requires frequent travel, up to 40-60% of the time.
