Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Management Coordinator to support our teams and processes. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate availability of materials and equipment, as well as providing logistical support to ships and service bases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the loading, inspection, control, and inspection of materials to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards.
  • Analyze and manage requests for materials and equipment to be embarked/disembarked, ensuring timely and accurate availability.
  • Deliver customer service with detailed information on all provided services and resolve any issues presented.
  • Implement and improve performance indicators for internal processes, develop action plans for deviations, and seek continuous improvement to minimize resource waste.
  • Coordinate and systematically control physical and fiscal inventories of material inventory.
