Media Operations Assistant Role

This position plays a key role in the effective management of our media department's financial operations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Invoice Management: Manage and process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring strong relationships with media partners.
  2. Debit & Credit Note Handling: Collaborate with the media team to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
  3. Client Invoicing Support: Assist in the client invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  4. Media Order Tracking: Proactively manage open media orders and work with the media and finance teams to resolve any issues.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a certification in accounting or a related field, such as CAT, ACCA, CIMA, or a university degree in accounting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and accounting software.
