We're seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Implementation Analyst.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and service to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our solutions. This includes assisting with implementation and usage, clarifying questions about devices and our platform, and following up on technical calls.
Additionally, this role will involve monitoring customer experiences after sales, ensuring proper use of products, and suggesting improvements based on their behavior. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze metrics such as response time and call volume using PDCA and reports to generate insights and support areas like Sales, Technical, and Engineering.
This role requires effective communication and interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to serve as a link between clients and internal areas (Support, Engineering, Logistics, and Commercial). The candidate will also be required to provide training on system and device usage, as well as keep customers updated on new features.
Requirements- Complete technical or higher education course
- Experience in the field is essential
- Proficiency in office package and systems skills;
- Technical knowledge in vehicle telemetry, tracking, and customer segment
- Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills;
- Effective communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
- Proactivity and ability to work independently;
- Flexibility for travel and remote work.
