About the Graphic Designer Role:

  • This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing real estate AI startup that is revolutionizing property transactions with automation and data-driven insights.

The role involves creating high-quality visual content, primarily focusing on 2D/3D maps, formatting presentations, and designing reports. You will be working on highly detailed design tasks, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all materials.

As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to produce visually appealing yet functional real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer:
  • Create and refine 2D and 3D real estate maps with clear visual hierarchy and spatial accuracy.
  • Format and structure real estate documents, including investment presentations, property reports, and marketing decks.
  • Develop data-driven visual assets, such as charts, infographics, and property layouts, ensuring readability and professional presentation.
  • Maintain consistent branding, layout structure, and formatting standards across all projects.
  • Collaborate with operations and real estate teams to ensure that visual assets meet practical business needs.
  • Manage high volumes of design work efficiently, ensuring attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Requirements for the Graphic Designer Position:
  • Proficiency in Canva and Figma (experience with additional design tools is a plus).
  • Experience in structuring and formatting presentations and documents for real estate or corporate use.
  • Familiarity with 2D and 3D mapping tools or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within structured design processes.
  • Ability to handle repetitive design tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
  • Previous experience in real estate, architecture, urban planning, or related fields is a plus.
