Job Overview:

We seek a Junior Process Manager to support operational process implementation and improvement in the Americas region.

This role will collaborate closely with the Global Champion team on automation projects, policy application, and system updates such as SAP. Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring alignment with global legal and strategic requirements. The successful candidate will work centrally on projects without direct team management, interacting extensively with global and regional teams.
