Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Fulfillment Specialist. This role is responsible for performing various tasks across different departments, including unloading, receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting. The successful candidate will be expected to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-6 months of warehouse experience
  • Maintain attendance according to company policy
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Willing to work a full shift and to work overtime
  • Read and take verbal direction in English
  • Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
  • Push, pull, squat, bend, twist, grasp, and reach up to 10-12 hours/day
  • Be comfortable working on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet
