The Order Fulfillment Specialist role at our beverage company is a vital part of ensuring that our customers' stores are fully stocked with refreshing Coca-Cola products. In this fast-paced warehouse environment, you will work closely with other team members to receive, store, and ship products efficiently and accurately.

">Job Responsibilities:
  • Pull orders based on pick tickets to build accurate loads for delivery trucks.
  • Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
  • Manually lift and move product to restock and repack, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
  • Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
  • Meet productivity requirements by working efficiently and safely throughout the day.
  • Stage completed pallets in designated areas to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Familiarize yourself with established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
  • Actively participate in hazard mitigation efforts to minimize workplace risks.
  • Complete assigned health and safety training programs to stay up-to-date on best practices.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • A minimum of 6 months of general work experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks is a plus.
  • Prior warehouse experience is also desirable.
  • You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively without assistance.
  • Daily activities may involve lifting, carrying, and positioning product weighing up to 50 pounds above shoulder height without help.
  • Consistent kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head are also necessary tasks.
  • You should be able to push and pull manual and powered equipment containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
  • Your fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination should enable you to grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
  • You need to be able to read information in small, medium, and large print.
  • Long periods of standing and walking are also expected.
