WBL California, LLC provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.
This is a Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and assistance to clients in a remote environment.
- Utilize excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Manage time effectively and be motivated, reliable, and a self-starter to meet operational requirements.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Understand and manage Active Directory environments.
- Proficiently manage Azure AVD and O/M365 systems.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting.
- Utilize the Zendesk Ticket system to manage client issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer-related technical issues.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 2 or more years of work experience in a business environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and possess excellent written and communication skills.
- Critical thinking and attention to detail in all aspects of administrative support.
- Strong technical background and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and manage multiple issues and demands.
- Dependable and accountable for work, with a good attendance record management.
- A strong sense of urgency and desire to succeed.
