Você terá a oportunidade de participar de pesquisas avançadas, atuando com sequenciamento de DNA, técnicas de amplificação e isolamento de material genético, além de contribuir para o desenvolvimento de soluções que transformam a realidade de nossos clientes e impactam positivamente a sociedade.
Mission- Manipular material biológico;
- Realizar isolamento e purificação de ácidos nucleicos e proteínas;
- Produzir amplicons e primers;
- Detectação molecular de diferentes alvos;
- Preparar bibliotecas para sequenciamento de DNA/RNA;
- Operar plataformas de sequenciamento de diferentes tecnologias (Illumina, Nanopore);
- Elaborar relatórios técnicos;
- Atuar de forma autônoma, analítica e criativa em projetos desafiadores.
- Testar e adaptar diferentes protocolos, materiais, abordagens e técnicas para otimizar processos e garantir a qualidade e confiabilidade dos resultados.
- Conhecimentos práticos e teóricos em Biologia Molecular, incluindo PCR, qPCR, extração/purificação de DNA/RNA/proteínas, eletroforese em gel de agarose, preparo de bibliotecas de sequenciamento, metagenômica e sequenciamento de nova geração (NGS);
- Experiência ou conhecimento em Microbiologia e manuseio de amostras brutas de diferentes origens;
- Inglês intermediário e espanhol;
- Criatividade para propor soluções inovadoras em problemas complexos;
- Boa comunicação, com capacidade de traduzir conceitos técnicos para diferentes públicos;
- Paixão por tecnologia e desejo de aprender continuamente;
- Disponibilidade para atuar de forma presencial.
Formação desejável é Graduação em Biologia, Biotecnologia, Biomedicina ou áreas correlatas.
