**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management Specialist to join our team at Wipro Limited. As a ServiceNow ITSM Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients optimize their IT service management processes and improve their overall service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Expertise in ServiceNow Development Administration, including configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances

• Experience in Self Service Portal development, Service Catalog, and Request Fulfillment workflow development

• Strong understanding of ITIL V3 principles and practices

• Proven experience in administering ServiceNow instances, including delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items, and updates of all other existing solutions

• Configuring and driving automation, integration, data, and workflows to implement and deliver innovative technical solutions

• Extensive experience in working with ServiceNow Integration using REST, both incoming and outgoing

• Experience implementing ITIL/IT Service Management processes, including Survey, Request, Portal, CSM, ITBM, GRC

• Agile experience in Story/Defect methodology

• Experience contributing to Knowledge Base

• Strong ServiceNow Transform Map Scripting, data validation, and debugging skills

• Strong ServiceNow Scheduled Scripted Jobs, JDBC Data Sources, and MID Server architecture, configuration, and customization skills

• Working knowledge of SAML and ServiceNow Multi-Provider SSO Configuration and troubleshooting

• Fluency in English
