Job Title: Integration Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to join our team at Jitterbit. As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the Jitterbit solution for customers, creating a highly satisfactory client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the Jitterbit solution for customers, ensuring a successful project implementation.
  • Develop and manage project plans and project artifacts according to Jitterbit's Project Management methodology.
  • Coordinate project meetings and set expectations across project stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Escalate identified issues to the appropriate stakeholders and manage issues to resolution.
  • Actively and regularly communicate project status, including project percentage completed and burn rate.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline, plus 2 years of related professional experience.
  • 2+ years of client-facing technical solution delivery and implementation experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with one or more Enterprise Integration platforms, such as Jitterbit, Informatica, Cast Iron/IBM, TIBCO, Mulesoft, Talend, Dell Boomi, Snaplogic.
  • Experience with common relational database technologies, including SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with one or more leading SaaS solutions, such as Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Workday.
  • Familiarity with common web connectivity and integration standards/protocols, including XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, ODBC/JDBC.
  • English C1/C2 proficiency, verbal and written.
