Global Integration Specialist

The Global Integration Specialist position is a key role within our Technical Services department, focusing on technical account development. This dynamic role balances technical expertise with client management, requiring the ability to become a subject matter expert on technical integration within our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with technical questions related to account integration, troubleshooting, program customization, advanced tracking, and ensuring all merchants and affiliates are leveraging the capabilities of our system.
- Test ShareASale tracking pixels, following up with new and existing clients to ensure correct implementation.
- Expertise in ShareASale product datafeed creation, FTP account creation, and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in commission priority within the ShareASale system.
- Create and document new tracking integrations and capabilities.
- Report on trending client inquiries and/or account issues.
- Contribute to educational material, including updating knowledgebase entries, wiki responses, blog posts, best practices, and predefined replies.
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of professional experience in a corporate office environment.
- Customer Service experience is highly recommended.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
- Strong collaborative skills to function effectively in a team.
- Strong HTML skills and understanding.
- Familiarity with common web scripting languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL.
