Job Title: Global Integration Analyst

About the Role:

The Global Integration Analyst position is a dynamic role within our Technical Services department, focusing on technical account development. This position requires a balance of technical skills and client management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist ShareASale clients with technical questions related to account integration, troubleshooting, and program customization.
  • Ensure all merchants and affiliates are fully leveraging the capabilities of the ShareASale system based on each client's specific needs and goals.
  • Develop expertise in ShareASale product datafeed creation, FTP account creation, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and document new tracking integrations and capabilities.
  • Report on trending client inquiries and/or account issues.
  • Contribute to the development of educational materials, including knowledgebase entries, wiki responses, blog posts, best practices, and predefined replies.

Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years of professional experience working in a corporate office type environment.
  • Customer Service experience is highly recommended.
  • Self-motivated and able to communicate professionally with unhappy clientele.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong collaborative skills to successfully function in a team of multiple peers.
  • Familiarity with common web scripting languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
