Job Title: Global Integration Analyst

About the Role:

The Global Integration Analyst position is a dynamic role within Awin's Technical Services department, focusing on technical account development. This position balances technical skills with client management, requiring the ability to become a subject matter expert on technical integrations within the Awin platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Awin clients with technical questions related to account integration, troubleshooting, program customization, advanced tracking, and ensuring clients are fully leveraging the Awin system's capabilities.
  • Support the technical needs of small to mid-sized Awin merchant and affiliate clients, with the goal of supporting large-sized merchants.
  • Day-to-day duties include testing Awin tracking pixels, creating and documenting new tracking integrations, and reporting on trending client inquiries and account issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and update educational material, including knowledgebase entries, wiki responses, blog posts, best practices, and predefined replies.

Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years of professional experience in a corporate office environment.
  • Customer service experience is highly recommended.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
  • Strong HTML skills and understanding of common web scripting languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
