Purpose of Position

The Global Account Integration Analyst position is a dynamic role within the Technical Services department at Awin, focusing on technical account development. This position balances a technical skill set with client management, requiring the ability to become a subject matter expert on the requirements of a technical integration within the Awin platform.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Global Account Integration Analyst include assisting Awin clients on technical questions related to account integration, troubleshooting, program customization, advanced tracking, and ensuring all merchants and affiliates are fully leveraging the capabilities of the Awin system based on each client's specific needs and goals.

Day-to-day duties include:

  • Testing Awin tracking pixels and following up with new and existing clients to ensure that any Awin integrations have been implemented correctly
  • Expertise in Awin product datafeed creation, FTP account creation, and troubleshooting
  • Expertise in commission priority within the Awin system
  • Creating and documenting new tracking integrations and capabilities
  • Reporting on trending client inquiries and/or account issues
  • Creating/contributing/updating educational material as it pertains to the role, including updating knowledgebase entries, wiki responses, blog posts, best practices, and predefined replies

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of professional experience working in a corporate office type environment, with customer service experience highly recommended. The candidate should be self-motivated, able to communicate professionally with unhappy clientele, and possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additionally, the candidate should have strong collaborative skills to successfully function in a team of multiple peers, as well as strong HTML skills and understanding.
