Job Title: Global Integration Analyst

About the Role:

The Global Integration Analyst will play a crucial role in assisting ShareASale clients with technical questions related to account integration, troubleshooting, and program customization. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients to ensure they are fully leveraging the capabilities of the ShareASale system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test ShareASale tracking pixels and ensure correct implementation
  • Expertise in ShareASale product datafeed creation, FTP account creation, and troubleshooting
  • Expertise in commission priority within the ShareASale system
  • Creating and documenting new tracking integrations and capabilities
  • Reporting on trending client inquiries and/or account issues
  • Creating/contributing/update educational material as it pertains to the role

Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years of professional experience working in a corporate office type environment
  • Customer Service experience is highly recommended
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to communicate professionally with unhappy clientele
  • Clear, concise, and effective communication
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong collaborative skills to successfully function in a team of multiple peers
  • Strong HTML skills and understanding
  • Familiarity with common web scripting languages
