Global Integration Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Integration Analyst to join our team. As a Global Integration Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting ShareASale clients with technical questions related to account integration, troubleshooting, and program customization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to ShareASale clients on account integration, troubleshooting, and program customization.
- Integration Testing: Test ShareASale tracking pixels and ensure that integrations have been implemented correctly.
- Product Datafeed Creation: Create and manage product datafeeds for ShareASale clients.
- Commission Priority: Manage commission priority within the ShareASale system.
- Reporting: Report on trending client inquiries and account issues.
- Knowledge Base: Create and update educational material, including knowledge base entries, wiki responses, and blog posts.
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of professional experience in a corporate office environment.
- Customer service experience.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
