Job Overview

The role contributes to team innovation, requested prototyping or R&D activities.

Supports the product vision and business needs for a successful release.

Works with peers across disciplines (Software Development, DevOps, Strategy and Architecture) for on-time and on-budget delivery of quality solutions.

Builds a culture of trust and transparency where collaboration is fostered within teams and with Program and Product Managers.

Supports team members across locations.

Identifies key improvements continually to drive efficiencies.

Fosters a culture where risks are managed at the lowest level by communicating with team members.

Supports building a Community of Practice for continual learning.

Key QualificationsRequirements
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of SDLC process.
  • Fluency in an object-oriented programming language such as Python, C#, or Java.
  • Working knowledge of UI technologies like React JS, Angular, JSON, XML, CI/CD.
  • Working knowledge of automation frameworks including test automation design.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum framework.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in API based automated test development.
  • Strong knowledge of tools used in manual and automation testing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced skills in UI automated test development.
  • Deeply understands agile software development practices.
  • Manages time effectively by placing focus on value-added operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
