To achieve this, we're looking for a skilled and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global team.

This challenging role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will conduct thorough selection processes, ensuring the best candidates are identified and selected for our organisation.

You will also be responsible for coordinating interviews, evaluating candidates, and maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and regulations. If you have a proven track record in talent acquisition and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific position requirements.
  • Evaluate candidate skills and qualifications to ensure alignment with our organisational goals.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring timely and efficient decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding high ethical standards.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
