Supply Chain Optimization Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Optimization Manager to lead our team in South Cone (Argentina and Brazil) to guarantee raw material availability on time, covering client needs with high quality inventory and low cost.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, define and lead initiatives into Planning and Supply Chain overall that can impact materials flow
  • Contribute to the development and execution of business strategy, systematically analyzing data and solving problems
  • Achieve profitability, cash and service level targets if relevant
  • Drive improvements in customer satisfaction and cost savings
  • Manage and meet deadlines and multitask activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the field
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or similar
  • Advanced English and/or Spanish language skills
  • Ability to lead, develop and retain a team of Planning analysts
  • Facilitation, conflict resolution, influencing, written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills
