This role involves driving business growth in LATAM and its subregions by developing actionable strategies and plans to capture market share.
- Conduct market analysis, trend identification, and competitive landscape assessment to inform sustainable growth opportunities.
- Ensure strategic plans are feasible, aligned with organizational capabilities, and support the company's overall direction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure comprehensive strategic planning.
- Monitor performance and regularly review progress against agreed metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the region, including emerging markets, growth areas, customers, business models, partnerships, and M&A targets.
- Work closely with commercial and other relevant teams to convert prospects into customers and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop expertise in market research, analysis, market sizing, segmentation, competitive landscape assessment, and new business opportunity scouting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience in sales, business development, or marketing within the Food & Beverage Industry, preferably the Flavor industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Tableau, Euromonitor, Mintel, AI tools, and other relevant software.
