Job Description

We are seeking a strategic finance leader to provide direction and oversight for our sub-regional finance organization.

  • Lead the General Accounting function, including accurate representation of the sub-regional finance position and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Direct the Customer Credit and Collection function, Cost Accounting function, and financial planning and analysis process.
  • Reinforce our corporate governance documents in support of company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all internal and external reports accurately and on time.
  • Develop analyses based on data generated or provided, identifying drivers of results and creating standard reports for regular meetings with senior leadership.
  • Direct the administration of key business systems within the area of responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Reporting Requirements:

  • Weekly: A/R & A/P Aging, Flash Reports, Payroll Reports, Revenue Updates.
  • Monthly: Financial Statements, Forecast Key Statistics Report, Cash Flow.
  • Quarterly: Performance review.
  • Annual/Pluriannual: Strategic plan review.
