
Sales Documentation Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Manager to develop and maintain training documentation that supports sales teams across regions. This role involves collaborating with marketing and offerings teams to create global onboarding documentation for ISB sales roles, ensuring consistency and clarity.
The successful candidate will coordinate and deliver sales training sessions for product previews and key announcements, managing licensing and access for sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. They will also liaise with sales operations to ensure catalog updates are accurately reflected in Salesforce and communicated to the sales team.
In addition, the Sales Enablement Manager will design and implement sales effectiveness and productivity measures tailored to each sales role, supporting a closed-loop performance management process in collaboration with sales leaders and general managers. They will promote global consistency in role terminology across go-to-market functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain training documentation
- Support sales campaign readiness motions

Requirements:
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent soft skills and analytical thinking
- Positive, proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Planner
