About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our commercial team in LATAM as an Account Strategy Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing first-level support to our clients, monitoring and optimizing campaign performances, and identifying growth opportunities within our existing business portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performances, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with our Account Strategy team to develop and implement analysis and optimization strategies, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Assist in the creation of tools and processes to automate and improve certain tasks, enhancing our internal operations and client experience.
  • Support our Operations team in various tasks, including creating IOs and tickets, and helping to build case-studies for clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Advanced English language skills, with the ability to read, write, and converse fluently.
