">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our fulfillment center, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

- Develop and maintain metrics and reports to track key performance indicators">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency">
Requirements
">3+ years of program or project management experience
">3+ years of working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
">3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics
">Bachelor's degree in a related field
">Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SQL
">Preferred Qualifications
">3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
">Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
">Strong stakeholder management skills
">Professional certification in operations management or a related field
