Cloud Engineering Leader

At our organization, we're building software in-house and are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team.
We're looking for an individual with strong product instincts who can design and run infrastructure that powers our products, from CI/CD to Kubernetes, focusing on reliability, security, and developer velocity.
This role involves designing and operating secure, scalable cloud infrastructure, building fast, reliable release pipelines, managing Kubernetes clusters and service meshes, implementing observability and on-call practices, automating environments, secrets, and compliance guardrails, and partnering with ML/backend teams to productionize model services.
Our engineers own what they build—from prototype to production—so you'll have the autonomy to take ownership of your work and make a meaningful impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Deep experience with a major cloud provider (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong skills with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Pulumi
- Expertise in Containerization and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Observability and incident response expertise (logs/metrics/traces)
- Proficiency in Python for automation
- Solid networking and security fundamentals
- Fluency in English
