Adept at coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting AI transformation initiatives, and ensuring the seamless integration of AI solutions into existing SCM/Sales/Marketing driven processes.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of AI implementation projects across the company to improve internal KPIs by each area.
- Monitor and support system workflows to ensure smooth project management execution (planning, process mapping, development and implementation).
- Propose innovative solutions and best practices for Sales/Marketing/SCM areas.
- Collaborate with data scientists, IT, and operations teams to identify SCM/Sales/Marketing challenges that can be solved with AI.
- Help assess and select appropriate AI tools, platforms, or vendors aligned with business needs.
- Support in data preparation, cleansing, and governance to ensure quality inputs for AI/ML models.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables using agile or waterfall methodologies.
- Contribute to change management, including user training, documentation, and adoption strategies.
- Monitor pre and post-implementation performance metrics to validate ROI and continuous improvement.
