Aon Hewitt is expanding its Talent Solutions team in Brazil, and we are seeking a highly skilled consultant to drive our growth. This dynamic role involves accelerating our business through proactive collaboration, innovative solutions, and exceptional client relationships.
This hybrid position offers flexibility, allowing you to work from our São Paulo office three times a week. As part of Aon Hewitt's Human Capital strategy, you will be responsible for combining client interactions, consultative sales methods, and technical knowledge to uncover opportunities for organizational development and employee engagement among clients and prospects.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives to identify and close talent-related opportunities; serving as a specialist in organizational development and employee engagement, adapting our product portfolio to client needs; implementing workplace culture interventions; providing consultative sales support; and fostering strong client relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will require proven experience in organizational development and engagement consultancy, strong consultative sales skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Technical proficiency in data analysis, CRM systems, and digital tools is also essential. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as advanced English and Spanish language proficiency, are necessary.
