Senior Network Operations Center Engineer Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior NOC Operations Engineer to join our team. This role combines the day-to-day responsibilities of a NOC operator with senior-level leadership, acting as an escalation point, mentoring teammates, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily NOC monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
  • Mentor, guide, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Improve processes, documentation, and operational runbooks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven NOC/Operations experience is mandatory.
  • Strong troubleshooting and proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with routing & switching, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, SDN/overlay concepts, RF and 5G.
  • Linux and scripting skills are desired.
  • Experience with monitoring, management tools and troubleshooting tools.
