About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Analyst to join our team at epay, a Euronet Worldwide Company. As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting computer systems, networks, and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, including Active Directory, DNS, and WSUS.
  • Network Management: Maintain and troubleshoot computer networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Application Support: Provide technical support for user applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Incident Response: Respond to incidents in the production environment and document all reported malfunctions and actions taken.
  • Process Automation: Automate processes using PowerShell, Active Batch, and Desktop Central.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Create dashboards and monitor environments using Elastic Stack and SolarWinds.
  • Virtualization: Manage virtual machines through vSphere.
  • SFTP Server Management: Manage SFTP servers and ensure secure file transfer.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: Significant experience with user support and technical support.
  • Skills: Advanced organizational skills, knowledge of Microsoft-related technology, and proficiency in PowerShell.
