Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering projects, identifying stakeholders' needs, and managing project risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning
    • Develop project plans and task lists using appropriate planning tools.
    • Work with functional teams to identify tasks and activities.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Awareness of key stakeholders across functional areas.
    • Identify stakeholders' needs and keep them informed.
  • Communications
    • Communicate with stakeholders beyond the project team.
    • Use approved communication tools and templates.
  • Risk Management
    • Capture project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
    • Manage risks effectively with support from senior colleagues.
  • Project Delivery
    • Develop and deliver projects for functional teams.
    • Support cross-functional projects.
  • Resource Management
    • Produce schedules of activities based on people's availability.
    • Identify problems that require escalation.
  • Customer Care
    • Manage mid-level complexity customer deployments.
    • Create and communicate simple project plans for standard project milestones.
    • Have a general technical knowledge of Equinix products and processes.
    • Manage activities of cross-functional groups to ensure commitments are met.
    • Handle mid-level escalations independently.
    • Resolve standard issues independently.
Requirements
  • Advanced English
  • Previous experience in IT projects
  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMI, PMO, or ITIL certification
