Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Portfolio Manager to join our team and drive the success of our project portfolio. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of multiple projects within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management Framework:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive project management framework to ensure consistent customer experiences across different teams and workloads.
    • Standardize project deliverables to meet customer expectations.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of project management processes and make necessary adjustments.
  • Internal Planning and Resource Allocation:
    • Improve internal planning processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Create and maintain a clear and dependable resource allocation map.
    • Ensure optimal utilization of resources across all projects.
  • Portfolio Development and Support:
    • Support the development and growth of the project portfolio.
    • Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to ensure successful project execution.
    • Provide guidance and support to project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • New Product Development:
    • Identify opportunities for new product development in synergy with the established portfolio.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute new product initiatives.
    • Ensure new products align with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
    • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and assess potential risks to the project portfolio.
    • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor and report on risk status and mitigation efforts.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
    • Regularly review and report on project performance against KPIs.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager or in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
    • Experience in a similar industry or sector.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and interact effectively with team members and clients.
    • Proficiency in English.
    • At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
    • Knowledge of data modeling, workflow design, and user interface design.
