The SAP internship program provides a unique opportunity for university students to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a global environment.

We are seeking an intern to join the SAP SuccessFactors team, where responsibilities include:
- Resolving customer issues related to implementation, deployment, and usage of SAP SuccessFactors products.
- Analyzing and resolving reported incidents using knowledge databases or verifying customizing entries or hardware parameters.
- Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents.
- Creating knowledge documentation and performing knowledge sharing.
- Participating in global projects around support processes and quality assurance.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- Undergraduate degree in IT/Computer Science, Business, or related areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with PCs and desktop software.
- Knowledge of business processes is beneficial.
- Bias for action and initiative.
- Problem-solving/analytical skills.
- Flexible approach working in teams and environments.
- Advanced English language skills, Spanish is an advantage.
